FLEXOFOLD LIMITED WARRANTY
| 1.1 |
Flexofold products are covered by a THREE-year limited warranty (warranty) covering manufacturing and material defects (defects) on the condition that the products are used in the normal fashion for such products. The warranty shall apply for three years from the date Flexofold or its representatives sell and deliver the products to the first end-user. The warranty does not extend beyond the ownership of the first end-user. |

Within the terms of the warranty, and in accordance with the terms of the warranty, Flexofold will undertake to repair or replace all defective components which have been used in a normal fashion for such products. |

However, the warranty is subject to the following limitations and exceptions: |

| 2.1 |
The liability of Flexofold shall be limited to the repair or replacement of components which are defective due to manufacturing or material defects. |
| 2.2 |
Flexofold assumes no liabilities other than those listed above. Flexofold assumes no liability for indirect losses caused by the defect concerned, including operating losses, losses in profits, or damage caused to real property or moveable property occurring while the product concerned is in the possession of the original buyer. |
| 2.3 |
The buyer alone shall bear the responsibility and risk involved as to whether the product is suitable for the application intended. Flexofold assumes no liability in this connection. |
| 2.4 |
Flexofold assumes no liability for defects which occur as a result of use of the product not intended by the manufacturer or for defects that occur due to incorrect installation, corrosion, lack of maintenance or any alteration or incorrect repair of the product. Flexofold assumes no liability for normal wear and tear or for depreciation of the product. |

Flexofold assumes no liability for service carried out by those other than authorized Flexofold representatives unless such service is made according to Flexofold guidelines and agreed to in advance by Flexofold. |
| 2.6 |
The buyer shall inform Flexofold in writing of any defects noted with no undue delay. Products being dealt with under the warranty shall be returned to Flexofold for repair unless another agreement has been reached. |
| 2.7 |
Flexofold shall not cover costs incurred by the buyer in connection with boat hauling, propeller removals, transportation or salary/wages earned by those other than Flexofold personnel in resolving warranty issues. Such costs shall be the responsibility of the buyer. |
| 2.8 |
Flexofold assumes no liability for consequential damage of boat, equipment, property or people, caused by defects in Flexofold products. |
| 2.9 |
Flexofold products are under continuous development, and consequently, Flexofold reserves the right to change design and specifications without prior notice. |
